It is amazing to me that lately whenever I meet one of my friends one of the first things they ask is "Bert how is the market?"  My response to them is it's not as bad as the media would want us to believe. 

Let's look at home sales in the Monclova and Whitehouse areas.  Monclova Ohio and Whitehouse Ohio are just outside of Toledo Ohio.  In the last 6 months, per statistics from The Toledo Board of Realtors, 103 homes sold in Monclova and Whitehouse areas which are in the Anthony Wayne School Dristict.  Yes, some of the houses that sold were bank related, but the average sale was $252,791.  Does this sound like the sky is falling to you?
