The latest MRIS* statistics for Loudoun VA homes sales were released on February 10 2009. I have charted the average sales price for preceding January's to show you the Loudoun VA homes price trends. The average Loudoun homes price in January 2007 was $556,878 VS. the average sales price for homes sold in January 2009 at $328,254. That is a 41% drop in the average Loudoun VA home sale price. We must also consider that Loudoun VA home sellers net is substantially less in this market because the concessions a seller will make to the buyer to sell the home (closing costs, home warranties, repairs, improvements etc.)
