Stephanie Village is now more pet friendlier

Stephanie Village, formerly known as 17th and Vine, has always been a pet friendly condo community in Henderson. However, since the name change, the resident pet policy has been made even better. There are no breed restrictions for residents the weight limit has been increased to a total weight of 150 pounds! This makes Stephanie Village the most pet friendly condo community in Southern Nevada!
