Recently I took a trip to run the Miami Marathon and the first person I met upon arriving in Miami Beach was Janie Coffey of Papillon Real Estate. Janie came out for a few hours and introduced us to the unique atmosphere of the Lincoln Road area where we spent quite a bit of time during our stay on South Beach.

You need the inverstors to take this risk and to jump in. ANy plan made by the gov't, can be forced upon the lenders... I guess time will tell. Overall, we are in a credit crunch and you can force investors to drop their credit scores & their credit requirements... I just don't see it...
Dan, you guys are awesome, it was sooo nice meeting you all in real person! I can't believe you were drinking Mojito's before your big run, you're the man! I really did like hearing how real estate is doing in Connecticut and hear about what life is like in a location that changes seasons. I miss the seasons and Conn sounds like just the place to enjoy white Christmases and crackling fires. Between Miami and Conn you can definitely have the best of both worlds!
