Saturday is just another work day...finally

Today in northern Indiana the sun came out and it looked so inviting outside. I had homes to preview, some to show and signs to check on. BUT the windchill factor was down to about 18 degrees.. in northern Indiana a day with sunshine is a day  to work.

Our winter has been very eventful with ice glazing everything it touched. We've had ice falling from the sky, below normal temperatures and oh yes, there was this thing called 'recession' or was it 'depression'

This past week the recession/depression took a vacation or maybe it went away for a while. Buyers come out and actually made offers that were accepted. I think it is getting better out in the trenches....or maybe I am just punch drunk on sunshine.

I think there is a new energy level out there - but there still is an expectation gap between buyers and sellers!
