Did you know that nationally 1 in 54 housing units filed for foreclosure?  In Nevada that number changes to 1 in 14 and here in Florida it changes to 1 in 22.  As I look down a street in a neighborhood, with these numbers in mind, one of the homes is probably in distress.  This market is shifting and we are being forced to shift with it.

I do not look at the rates much anymore, but Georgia is way up there.  In Atlanta real estate they exceed homes sold monthly 4 to 1!

It is the same in Jacksonville, but we still need to make a shift in pricing to make the volume of sales go up.
