Commercial Mortgages - Some Good News

Hi All,

Just thought you'd like to hear some GOOD NEWS regarding commercial mortgage loans. 2 major national SBA lender came back into the market last week...

This coupled with the Obama stimulus package (with regards to the financing) is the best news we've had in months... Perhaps the fist signs of recovery???
