In February of 2009 there were 2 homes that closed within the month for Holliston Massachusetts. This is a decrease of 2 units as there were 4 homes that closed in February of 2009.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for February of 2008 was $383,783

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for February of 2009 was $427,450

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for February of 2008 was $363,250

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for February of 2009 was $397,450

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Holliston in February of 2008 was 97 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Holliston February of 2009 was 194 days.

These statistics are similar to many of the towns in Metrowest MA and represent the on going weakness in the market as compared to previous years.

Bill - Gorgeous report!  Does your MLS track multiple listing periods, or only the last listing?  For example, if someone were listed three times, with a few days lapse, is that indicated in their data?
