Welcome to my Monday Morning Coffee Report, 3/2/2009
I made it back to the office this past Friday after being in Orlando since February 21st attending the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion. It was a great experience. Now I have so much to catch up on. I'm sorry if you e-mailed me and I have not replied back. I will answer all the e-mails as soon as I can.
Looking at the market the total home inventory has come down just a few homes. The homes in distress are also down a few homes from the last report. Maybe the speed of homes going into distress has slowed down. It is still a Buyer's Market.
In the Foreclosure section you will find; Court Approved, Foreclosed, Lis Pendens, Corp Owned/Relocation and Short Sales. There are 417 homes in distress located in Escambia County and 252 homes in Santa Rosa County.
Escambia County includes Pensacola, Perdido Key, Cantonment, & Molino.
Santa Rosa County includes Pace, Milton, Jay, Gulf Breeze and Navarre.
