You would think that with 47 websites in 4 states we would have a pretty good grip on the the real estate market as a whole. Not true. We can monitor the daily visits with analytics (over a thousand per day) and the amount of registered leads (about 40-50 per day), but, all of that is no different than a month ago. What IS different is the amount of inquiries, folks that find a property and want more information, prospective clients that have decided to reach out to someone to begin a home buying process.
So strange that the total amounts of folks visiting the sites is basically the same, but now they are taking the next step. This should be enlightening to all of us in this wonder full profession. After all, the amount of visits is a hill of beans without someone actually DOING something.
That said we have visits from Alabama and Florida this week, not prospective clients but BUYERS! Showed a country club foreclosure over the weekend and they want to move forward on the home, geez I love those words.
Take heart all of you, there is about the same amount of folks looking on the internet, but, MANY more have jumped off the fence. Heck, my sisiter wrote an offer last week and it turned into a multiple offer situation! Music to our ears, and more fuel to add to the fire....
