IRES MLS ~ Colorado's Agent-Preferred MLS for Real Estate Professionals 2009 and beyond!

I am so happy to see your comment!  Thank you for taking time to post.  I actually spend most of my work week in the Denver metro area promoting IRES.  Mostly, I would say, I am re-introducing (educating) IRES to the Front Range.  So many Denver agents are either still unaware of the potential and cost savings of IRES or they are under the misunderstanding that IRES is still only a Northern Colorado MLS. 

First, to answer your question about IDX feeds.  You are correct, it was a combined agreement that both MLSs would only share the information to their respective subscribers.  But you should know IRES will still benefit you, your business and most of all your 2009 budget. 

Did you know??  IRES is ONE SYSTEM, ALL MLS DATA?  IRES is a flat $35 monthly subscription fee and provides you with unlimited time to statewide public records, online and customizable commission approved contracts with uploadable documents and add in disclosures.  Foreclosure information, automatic prospect searching and IRES mobile are also included with our cutting edge MLS technology.  The IRES features, tools and inclusion list goes on and on...

Here is what I suggest...and I hope you and others contact me today to learn more in detail.  (800) 596-4901.  Continue forward with your current MLS.  Pay a $15 per month maintenance and enter all listings but then log out and save your minutes and money.  Then, log into your IRES subscription.  Pay $35 per month for IRES, spend all your time in IRES ~ it's never over $35 ~ and again it is ALL INCLUSIVE! 

Cost breakdown for example:  IRES average is just over $1 per day in comparison to .50 per day plus $3 per hour and/or $8 per hour.  Can you see how that adds up and fast?

You should never need to spend over $50 per month for the best of both worlds and great success in 2009. 

Furthermore, IRES is consistently improving and adding new enhancements...up to 2 releases per month.  Where else can you find an MLS system that is changing and growing as your business needs and the industry changes and goes?
