Priortizing A Plan For An Out-of-Control-Day--Hello Monday! : Norma Toering REMAX Palos Verdes

When I opened my eyes this morning I already had a list of "I have to do this and that" running through my mind.  Not that I'm complaining about being busy, I'm not, but prioritizing the list can be a little daunting.

Number 1:  There's a counter offer to respond to--an easy number one on the list.

Number 2:  There's research and an offer to write on a foreclosure--if it is still available.

Number 3:  A client wants to see a property today.  Another client said he is sending me a list of 10 to 12 homes he wants to see.

Number 4:  I have 5 new leads since Friday and they all need follow up and hands on contact.

Number 5:  A past client letter is written and growing stale on my conference table--must write those personal notes and mail it today! (I keep moving them to the storage room when clients come in and I need the conference room).

Number 6: There is listing paperwork to draw up and deliver to clients--it's a beauty and I'm anxious to start showing it off.

Okay, that's about all I can handle today.  No, I really must check on a first time buyer and see if he met with a lender as planned.  Yikes, there are those first of the month bills to pay, and I promised an update to a seller who is thinking about selling--and those little Post Its on my computer monitor have to be done too.  I refuse to take them down until the task is done--and it is time for them to go!

Looks like I'll be watching the sunset from my office window this evening.  Actually, I'll catch the afterglow; my windows face north.

P.S.  Blogging is now checked off today's list!

Wow! You do have a busy day. Be happy for the work, many agents have too much free time these days. Also, be happy you didn't get a foot of snow overnight like we did!

I am so happy and thankful I have a team member to help me!

I am very familiar with snow---maybe this will be the last one of the season--spring is on the way.

Be glad for the busy days. I am home doing paperwork and rejoicing that my buyer didn't come in from Atlanta today when the city is recovering from a snow storm Washington doesn't do snow well at all!

Agreed.  It is a very good thing to be busy.  I like the Post It reminders.  Because when you get them done it is the like "cleaning up" your desk.
