Good news for a first time home buyer in Ashland Oregon.  You can buy a home in 2009 and the Government wll give you up to $8000.  Yes, it is true.  If you buy a home in 2009 before Dec 1, you can qualify to get a tax credit of up to $8000 from the IRS.  Even if you owe less in taxes, you can still get $$.

Krista - The first time home buyers wanting to use the Oregon Bond Loan to help them buy a home and use this $8000 credit had better hurry - I hear Oregon Bond Loan is almost out of money, with no indication on when they might re- fund the program!
