She definitely has the character of a top member. Barely in the door and already extending a hand to encourage other members. (Wait a minute...I'm not saying I needed encouragement--my plate is full and my cup floods over:-) It was very nice that she commented at by post, because she is who(m) she is and I am treading new waters.
