Hi Mike, Isn't that amazing...49% of the homes sold were bank owned. That's pretty much the way it is around here too. Good to know that people are taking advantage of these great deals.

Sandy - it is amazing isn't it and some cities in the area are seeing more than 50% of sales bank owned. At least that inventory is moving.
