All it takes is three minutes with Stephen the Minion Blur to realize that kid has a one track mind (LOL). He's fascinated with snow and his Mama is a snow bunny. My original intention was to take a photograph of the boys to send to my Mother-in-Law, but he was playing so nice I found myself thinking Grandma would probably enjoy hearing a little babel from my little-guy-pie, so I opened the window to give us something to talk about. Snow (LOL).

We just cannot imagine the snow in here. How do you show home when it is snowing? Sorry to ask the silly question like that. I am from Nothern California. We don't have snow at all.
Hello Grace. No such thing as a silly question. Real estate is local and everyone has their version of an issue (LOL). If the buyers are dedicated, they will want to see a home regardless of the weather. I was fortunate to have already cleared my schedule because my hubby had business to attend to and the mayor closed the schools and some other services.
Normally I would drive between 10-30 miles per hour in this type of weather. I would also top off the tank because it's very easy to get trapped in traffic if there is a bad accident. I would make sure I have my shovel, salt, sand and an extra pair of gloves. I would store a blanket in the trunk with bottled water and take an extra cell phone battery with me. In the end, I would treat it as just another day to go out and play in the street with my clients. :-)
lol...awww..Stephen is cute...and the snow looks sooo.... like home just now, Carol...I don't know about you, but I am looking forward to spring. Less than 20 days and counting.
Shawn, I am looking forward to Spring as well. My little people need to run around outside (LOL). They were very busy running around inside this Winter. I've always been a Spring/Fall kinda gal myself. :-)
Hey C you got more snow than I did. Ha! I am freezing this AM how about you. My nephew looks like he could use a jacket there. He sounds great BTW. Have a great Tuesday
Your sons are both so beautiful C!! Very nice. I am sick of snow. Sick of snow. Did I mention how sick of snow I am? Oh, I did? Well, I am sick of it so I am not surprised I may have mentioned it. xxoo
Hey C, He is very cute reminds me of my grand baby. She was out in the snow playing on a swing. I bundled her up and when she came in her face was red. When I tried to get her undressed she cried to go back out. So I dressed her again for one last bit of fun. I have to agree with Susan I am sick of snow.
What a little darlin' he is. I loved it. Now let me guess...You my Dear are engulfed in the terrible twos? Painting the walls with snow and the word NO indicate he's at that age. I have 2 Grand Daughters who are in that stage. All you have to do is look at them funny and they yell NO! Of course, that may have something to do with their blood line :)
He is such a doll! I think it's pretty impressive you were able to get three minutes of video without him running all over the place. What is the news with your mother-in-law?
Great video of Stephen thanks for sharing it with us. He's just too cute. Watching the snow fall makes me cold. We did get our share Sunday night about 4-5 inches. School has been out the past two days. The low last night was 19 degrees and they are calling for the weekend to bring temps in the 70's!
Ann, nothing like a little snow to capture a wee imagination. :-) My Mother-in-Law is struggling with a few complications, Mike is crazed and I'm exhausted. Still hoping for the best. Thanks for asking. :-)
Teresa, the 70s sound lovely! It's 14 degrees over here. Shorty and I were running the streets since 11 AM and didn't get back home until after 8PM. That kid is a trooper. He's going to have a great work ethic. He likes going to work. He wont leave my clipboard and briefcase alone (LOL).
That is unbelievably sweet, C, and what a darling boy you have. Stephan is lucky to have such a super-human mom as you! I don't know how you do it with all that you do. You are an incredible inspriration.
Elizabeth, thank you for the kind words but the truth is I'm just like the rest of the exhausted moms in the world trying to keep her crazy kids entertained and interested (LOL). I'm sort of stumbling through the Autism PDD-NOS challenges one day at a time. Some days are better than others. Thank God for brilliant friends! (LOL)
I'm always joking around wondering if I am Artistic or Autistic, after all, I am very anal retentive with detail (LMAO).
Midori, your virtual nephew loves making snow angels, snowmen and snow-cones (LOL). That kid would roll in a mud puddle if you let him. Ask Paddy. He somehow managed to dive into her miniature frog pond in the blink of an eye. As usual, we did not see that coming with the Minion Blur. Little dude is fast (LOL). ;-)
I think your son should take some lessons from mine. He absolutely LOVES to paint but not with paint. He uses his fingers and pretends. It makes clean-up a breeze. Of course, using snow is good too because it will eventually melt and evaporate if you leave it there long enough.
Good grief, he's cute!
