One of my favorite areas to work in that of first time home buyers. While I truly enjoy all aspects of Real Estate, there is something about the joy that a first time home buyer radiates. It is like when you experienced your first true love. You can't wait to see him or her again. You fall asleep thinking of him/her etc. It is the same way with the purchase of your first home. The greatest thing about the 1st time home buyer is the excitement is contagious. It spreads to everyone and invigorates those who are in contact range( at least it does me)
