A Restful Night Sleep-Plan Plan Plan!

By

I figured out the key to a restful night sleep! I usually get a great night of restful sleep so when I don’t, I analyze why! Here’s what I came up with:

1)  Always make a list of things to do before you go to sleep. This way you won’t stay up and worry about what you need to accomplish the next day.  Also review your schedule for the following day so you won’t toss and turn worrying about where you need to be and when!

2)  Don’t eat heavy foods and don’t eat after 7pm

3)  Pee before you get into bed!

4)  Don’t share a room with Bob Pavey! He snores!

I'm with you on #1...I keep making list of things to do the next day.  I'll even get out of bed to write them down.  I'll take #4 under advisement. :)

Ah.. A restful nights sleep would be so awesome. I do all of the above and I have a $6,000 craftmatic adjustable bed with a temperpedic mattress. Doesn't get any better than that. But alas sleep is very elusive. Bad back and nerve damage in my legs keep me up most of the night. I sleep in 1 hour spurts. I did get a full nights sleep about 10 years ago. I cherish the memory. But hey, sleep is overrated anyway. Maybe in another life!

ok so now Bob's earlier comment makes sense we sleep in 3 hour cycles so if you are deep in one of those cycles and get up chances are you will not feel rested.
