*           Loan sizes up to $417,000

*           Purchase and renovate with one loan

*           minimum 20% down

Stacy,

 

Great post!  For the investor loans, what are the normal terms (lengths mainly) of the loans?  If an investor were looking to do a fix and flip in less than 90 days, are there fees involved in paying off the loan in so short a time?  I know about the 90 flipping rule with FHA, yet what about conventional loans?

It would be awesome if FHA would open 203k to investors!
