Seattle real estate: Need a Down payment? Yes! Getting creative in a tighter economy:
Love new ideas! I found a wonderful site today that specializes in a perfect gift registry, but not the traditional types - For events, weddings and more, participants can register to have people help them with their home improvement projects or even help contribute towards their down payment for a house with contributions starting as little as $10 each.
The site is very classy and set up just perfectly! There is no advertising on the site to distract and it has a very small fee for minor things - never charged up front to the registrant. I just thought what a cool idea and it beats the heck out of a blender!!!!
