You have to know me to understand the title of this blog. I have been selling Las Vegas homes for the past 10 years. I've seen great commissions and crappy commissions but this I know. I have stuck with doing Real Estate because I love it. Yes, I mean it. I love it. I have seen agents come and go through these past ten years like nobodies business. When the market is good everyone wants a piece of the pie, when it changes towards the worste they drop out. I am in it for the long haul. Which means probably until I die. I don't believe I want to ever retire. (I know some people thinks that's weird)..
So where the big fat commission check idea comes in this form. I work and work and work and work and work and work and work and work and work to find my clients exactly what they want (their dream home). I don't look at the commission rate. I only want to make sure the client is happy. So, I'm hoping since I don't send time looking at commission rates something huge will appear. What's wrong with hoping?
