With the growing wave of REBarCamp events popping up across the Country, it's been encouraging to see the list of event sponsors expanding as well.

I recently accessed the event page for the REBarCamp Portland and noticed that Windermere Real Estate, one of the largest regional brokerages in the Western US, has signed on as one of the sponsors!

Personally, I think this is HUGE and a very forward thinking move on the part of Windermere. It's encouraging to see brokerages like Windermere embracing social media and actively participating in events like REBarCamp. Hopefully, more and more brokerages across the Country will follow their lead and further the very worthwhile cause of REBarCamp!

2 Featured Posts Attended Rain Camp

Rich, I agree that getting Windermere's support was awesome.  In addition to Windermere we've now received sponsorship from Prudential NW Properties and M Realty.  I love seeing more local brokers joining in to see this event succeed.  There are even more sponsors who've been added.  Check it out.  (We can still use a few more sponsors if anyone knows someone interested)

I have noticed that a few select names from the above comments seem to be missing from our "guess who's coming" list... uh em... *cough, cough, Rich, cough, Courtney, Dinah, cough, Valerie, cough, cough, Kevin & Monica...* (the other names should be added too but I understand you are a bit further away).

You MUST RSVP in advance and I would not wait!

We are almost halfway to a full house.  We have to shut down registration at 200 so don't delay.  An email invite is going out to hundreds on Monday & I'm doing live invites at two big offices this week.  One is about 100 agents and the other will have about 200 in attendance.  I expect that we will fill up in the not too distant future.
