I just started using videos to promote my listings too. I have mostly been using this one site I found called www.expresshometours.com.
For the most part... I usually equate videos made by Realtors to home owners going FSBO. That's why I do not have one. I hope yours works for you.

Hi Tim, I was wondering why the video is done without the car moving ? Very interesting.
I suppose I am going to have to start doing this soon. I am afraid once I start the techonology will change again.
Bill, I do some videos with the car moving but I find that I'm then shifting my eyes from the road to the camera and it kind of makes me look shifty eyed. So I'd rather just look into the camrera like I'm talking to you. The car just gives me a nice, quiet studio to perform.
I have been using video since January and love the responses I get from it. I originally did new home sales but started getting a bunch of leads that wouldn't buy from the builder I work for. I have now moved into resale. Video is a huge part of my marketing. I don't do a lot of home tours, but more entertaining videos that have a slight real estate message. I post these in social networking areas and it has paid off tremendously by getting me leads from within my own network. You can see what I do at http://www.youtube.com/jeremysmith01

I started using video about 1 year ago. I implemented one on my main website. I think I'll do one on Active Rain too! I think potential buyers like to gain a sense of a Realtors personality making it more likely that the phone will ring! Keep it up!
