For Evermore! Psalms 121:1-8

This Psalm just gives me comfort and hope. The last line says for evermore,not for a while or until we fall short (which we always do) But.. For evermore. Praise God and all his Love and Mercy today and Always!

Psalms 121: 1-8

I lift up my eyes to the hills.

From whence does my help come?

My help comes from the Lord,

who made heaven and earth.

He will

not let your foot be moved,

he who keeps you will not slumber.

Behold, he who keeps Israel

Will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is your keeper;

The Lord is your shade

On your right hand.

The sun shall not smite you by day,

Nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all evil;

He will keep your life

The Lord will keep

Your going out and your coming in

From this time forth and for evermore.

Great verses. And you're right, they do give comfort and hope. Thank you for sharing.

I can not believe anyone would turn away from such a loving God. I try to show Gods love in my actions everyday.

I read this Chapter the other day and I'm glad that you have placed it on your blog post! I love part where it says "forever more". The Lord is our helper! Thank you !

Forever more is such a GREAT promise to hold on to. It lets us know that NO MATTER WHAT we go through that we will never be without our Savior!
