One of my favorite photos, I admit it is a repost. Victory Lakes subdivision defines itself as well above ordinary with lovely landscaping and extensive walking/biking/jogging trails along the man-made lakes. There is a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and playground. Feed the ducks who parade around the lakes! Multiple bunko groups and friendly neighbors. There are currently 6 sections and a selection of builders. Sounds great? Yep.
