Doing my usual perusal of various news websites over my morning cup of coffee, I ran across a news article regarding homeowners that can't afford to pay their mortgage etc and are in need of a loan modification or other help.
The link will give you the details of the "Making Home Affordable" initiative. It has information on how to tell if you would qualify for this program and what to do as well.

I hope this is of help to some of the homeowners out there that do not know where to turn or who to ask for help.
It is important to know all your options and the facts rather than losing your home to foreclosure. Don't be afraid to speak with someone regarding this and and don't wait until the last minute. You are not alone in this by any means, so do not feel embarrassed or afraid to ask for help. There are programs are out there to help and there are options.
