What's YOUR powerful USP (Unique Selling Proposition)?

   I read a very interesting article today concerning a USP (Unique Selling Proposition).  It's a very conversational concept, considering the fact MOST Real Estate professionals really don't know what makes them different or sets them apart from all the other agents out there.

Your USP basically tells the world the WHO, WHAT and WHY ...WHO you are, WHAT you do and WHY you are the best agent for the job at hand.  WHAT makes you different?  WHY should someone do business with you?  WHO gave you the title of "#1"? 

A few things to be considered when creating your USP:

* Uniqueness

* Specifics

*Relevance

*Believability

*Conciseness

I'm extremely curious about what all of our ActiveRain bloggers use to differentiate themselves from their competitors; WHAT is YOUR unique advantage that sets you apart?

Sarah, I'm not sure what sets me apart. I would like to think it has something to do with my personality...hopefully, that's a positive thing. It does seem that AR does something to set us apart from non-AR members. I know that's a positive thing.
