First time home-buyers that can get approved for a mortgage loan are facing one of the biggest opportunity's in history to get a great deal on a home that will pave the way for their future investments in Real Estate. In addition, if you purchase a home NOW you may be eligible to receive an $8000 tax credit for first time home-buyers. With all of these advantages, why would you not want to buy?
Take a look at this great article that I found on CNN Money.com, which states that The National Association of Realtors reports that home prices dropped a record 12.4% during the final quarter of 2008-the biggest decline in 30 years.
