Are you looking for a place to call home?

Have you decided where you want to live?

Ready to settle in Toronto?

Did you know that Toronto is Canada's largest city?

Toronto is also the heart of Canada's financial, commercial and industrial, not to mention cultural life.

It is one of the world's most diverse centres.

Over 21 million people visit Toronto every year.

After New York and London, Toronto has the largest English language theatre centre in the world.

We are home to the world's tallest building (The CN Tower).

We have the world's longest street (Yonge Street).

We are as far South as the French Riviera (but we won't talk about the weather right now). :)

Toronto is home to over 2.5 million people and about 5 million in the Greater Toronto Area.... which means about half of the Province's population lives in this metropolitan area.

There is a large multicultural population - and more than 100 languages can be heard on the streets of Toronto, at any given time.  You will certainly feel at home here.

Let me show you some of our own neighbourhoods ... our own "United Nations" .....

I can help you with your home search:
- Do you know how many bedrooms you need?
- Will you be having children?
- Will you be downsizing instead?
- Any special features in your wish list? (garage, pool?)
- Do you want to live downtown? High Park? the Annex? Liberty Village? Any place else?
- Condo or house?
- Young and hip neighbourhood, or something more quiet?

Whatever is on your wish list, I'm sure you can find it in Toronto.

This is a great time to buy.  Interest rates haven't been this low in decades.

Go to your bank and get pre-approved, so you know exactly how much you can afford.
Decide what you are comfortable paying every month.

You can search in magazines, newspapers, online, etc... or you can use the services of a Realtor - someone who will look after your best interests - someone who will go above and beyond to represent you and help your dream of home ownership come true.

Don't hesitate to drop me a line, if you require additional information.

I haven't been to Toronto for many years, but I'd love to visit again!  I love the sign 'Nuts make the world go round'!  Isn't that the truth  LOL! ;}

Laura, come any time.  We'll have lunch and visit some great places.
And I agree, being a nut myself, that we do make the world go round (or at least, we make it more fun). :)

Today I was in Little Italy, yesterday I was in Little India; tomorrow I'm going to Greektown and Sunday I'm going to Japan (for sushi, with my son, for our monthly treat)... and all this, no more than 15 minutes from home. :)

It's the greatest place to live.
