Ok we are slow but not that slow. Is this normal for Folly. I would think thats way down. Charlestons sales still look strong dont they?

Folly is way sloooowww! - Only five homes have sold in the last sicx months so Feb was moving up with 2 homes. Condos are dead as well. Other areas of Charleston with lower priced homes have picked up in activity.
