Total Homes sold 96 (There were 114 homes sold during same period for 2006)

• Walled Lake: There were 13 home sales in Walled Lake from $114,000 to $238,000. The average sale price (not including seller concessions) was $169,569. Average time on market was 109 days (DOM)*.
• Wolverine Lake Village: A total of 9 homes were sold in the first four months of 2007. Sold prices of homes ranged from $130,000 to $585,000 with an average sale price of $220,944. The average number of days to sell was 165 (DOM)*.
• Commerce Twp: 74 homes sold in the remainder of Commerce Twp. Sale prices ranged from $105,000 to $525,000. Home sale prices averaged $249,254 and were on the market an average of 135 days (DOM)*.
