Olde Naples Home Sales Report

As you can see from the graph, Olde Naples Home Sales are going strong so far in 2009!!! 18 homes went pending in January to start off the year and so far in 2009 a total of 27 have gone pending and 15 have closed. The average sales price has increased for 3 months in a row after hitting a one year low in November.
