Home sales in Morningside, a neighborhood in the Green Valley area of Henderson, NV are off to a great start so far in 2007. Six homes closed in the first quarter, compared to only two in the same period in 2006.

Existing resale inventory of 10 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) means there is about a 4-5 month supply. Buyers have a few options, and often price and condition will be the determining factors. Homes in Morningside are located close to the amenities of Green Valley Ranch and have quick access to the I-215 freeway.
