The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Naugatuck for February of 2009 was $216,960 (-$8,597)

 

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Naugatuck in February of 2008 was 88 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Naugatuck February of 2009 was 139 days. (+51 days)

I think that is shown here is that people are getting a lot more realistic on pricing.  This is displayed by the Huge decrease in asking price ($15,844 decrease) but only a drop of $8,597 drop in sales price.

In February of 2009 there were 5 homes that closed within the month for Naugatuck Connecticut. This is a decrease of 12 units, as there were 17 homes that closed in February of 2008.
