Cheshire townhomes were built by Marc Archer, a local builder responsible for several townhome developments about town, including some in the Country Club area and Boulder Pointe. Marc has now moved elsewhere to build on less expensive land.
These units are located on the northwest side of town, just north of the Museum of Northern Arizona in a neighborhood called Cheshire.
