Also long are the days of people flying/driving in to your city to personally view homes. These days have changed to informative city websites, there people can find out current demographics, weather, jobs, real estate prices, school information and much more. As NAR says,
"90% of people looking to purchase a home within the next year, use the internet to first find out about the area." That is quite an alarming statistic, and you should take notice.
