Home sales activity in Palm Canyon, a neighborhood near Black Mountain in Henderson, NV is down considerably so far in 2007. Five homes closed in the first quarter, compared to 11 in the same period in 2006.

Existing resale inventory of 24 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) means there is about a 15 month supply. This gives buyers lots of options and opportunities to negotiate, so it is crucial that homes are priced correctly and in top showing condition to get them sold. Homes in Palm Canyon have lot sizes from about 6,000 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.
