NREOB Question

By
Real Estate Agent with Exit Realty NE Houston

I just started working with NREOB. I have two of their properties listed. I saw a form for BPO Payment  Request.

Do they pay for the initial BPO's we do on listings? (Most companies want them for free) And if so, How much will they pay for an interior BPO?

Thanks for your responses.

Congrats on getting in I have been trying for over 6 months to become a member and I do REO for other banks, most reo companies I have dealt with want it free if you are getting the listing, but if you are strictly doing a bpo you get paid.

Hi Tara,

I also work with NREOB & they don't pay for bpo's if you get a listing. It's just part of your task as the listing agent.

Thank you! Apparently, according to the asset manager, the form on the website was from the past.
