REMINDER... THIS EVENT IS TOMORROW, SATURDAY, MARCH 7TH... PUT THIS ON YOUR CALENDAR.

The Third Congregational Church on 94 Miner Street in Middletown, CT is holding its annual Corned Beef Dinner.. just in time for St. Patrick's Day.  This event is being held this Saturday, March 7th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

The menu will feature nice lean corned beef with cabbage, carrots, potatoes.    Vanilla Ice Cream with Green Spritz for dessert.  Coffee and Tea, or milk for the children.   Price:  $9.00 for adults; $4.50 for children 10 or under.  As usual, this is ALL YOU CAN EAT.  Last year this corned beef just melted in your mouth... I can taste it already.  Hmmm.  Yes, I'll be there, and my oldest son will be too.  He likes corned beef and at this price it is a GREAT deal... especially when he can go back for seconds.

Valerie:  The last time I had a corned beef dinner for St. Patrick's Day was, no lie, when I went to a Brazilian Steakhouse.  It just happened to be St. Patty's Day and they had corned beef and cabbage on the buffet.  Never would have expected it at that restaurant.  Just goes to prove, everyone's Irish on St. Patty's Day.

George.. Since you live in Middletown, I think you should take advantage of one of these dinners.  Once you go, you'll be hooked.  The meals are outstanding.

Teresa.. This church *IS* amazing.  They have so much going on, and everyone who goes feels like they are part of a family.. which they are. 

The members love what they do.. and it shows.  Randy, the chef, if unbelievable.. he can really cook... and for a large group too.. over 200 people from what I've gathered.

Chris Ann.. Yes, everyone.. even myself with my red hair is Irish on St. Patty's Day.  I'm become Irish just for the corned beef.  Hmmm. can't wait until tomorrow.
