The Florida Association of Realtors recently announced that home sales for Florida were up from sales last year this time. That's great news, but sadly, that's not the case for Tallahassee-yet! In fact, we are down almost half from last year at this time. The good news though is that Keller Williams Realty has maintained it's status quo for February 08 and 09.
This must mean our agents have shifted with the market.
