*12 Sold Homes with a total average of 197 days on the market. Total average sale price of $244,931.  Out of 12 sold homes, 9 were foreclosed properties.

*4 Sold Condo with a total average of 109 days on the market.  Total average sale price of $38,874.  Out of 4 sold condos, 2 were foreclosed properties.
