Allysoun I have listened and now plan to post 3-5 market/neighborhood reports between each of my more entertaining posts. I have actually been looking forward to applying the same things on my blog that I have been mailing out over the years. Diane It really is a beautiful home and the weather was nice (but not too nice to make people do something else.)

Scott I agree, when compared to the inventory in this price range it really shines and I had a steady crowd all afternoon.
