I just compared today's statistics with your stats post of February 27th, and activity across the board is down quite a lot.  I wonder why that is...

MORNING MIKE!  February had a lot of activity throughout the month - especially the last week.  In reviewing the statistics for this past week -- excluding last weeks # of SOLDS (which was tremendous) - the rest of the numbers indicate we are still steady or climbing.  For instance on Monday, the number of SOLDS was 51.  Tuesday, 43.  and then it dwindled during the week.  So perhaps no one wanted to close on the 6th.  Next week is Friday the 13th -- already two of my clients switched their close dates to be on Monday!  -- Gabrielle
