ARE WE HAVING FUN YET?!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Inspired Homes

Financial struggles, Fear of losing jobs, uncertainty in the economy create many fears, lots of anxiety and many of us become paralyzed - unable to make decisions and move forward with confidence.  These are not fun for any of us.  For every negative thing going on, we can find something positive.  I choose to focus on the positive with gratitude for all the blessings in my life!  What do you have to be thankful for?  www.SandiSudduth.com

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

We were having this discussion at the water cooler this morning.  Somehow we all took comfort in the knowledge that we are ALL going through this together.  Is the moral "Misery Loves Company"  or "With Company, there is Less Misery".  We are all choosing to focus on the positives.

I'm not focusing on positives because there aren't any identifiable in my market.

I am, however, focusing on alternatve market niches and working through them.  There are buyers out there.  I just need to focus on active niches and work them hard.

Harder every day.

Sandi,

Great advice.  I saw a news item this week that doctors are having a rush of patients who need sleeping pills because they no longer sleep at night.

I was pleased to find a new Facebook group "Tell me something good..." and have started seeing more and more people looking for something, ANYTHING, positive.  There may not be much good to be found in the market stats, but there is certainly much good around us, just l@@k!
