Watkinsville, GA home sales volume slipped again in February, the 15th straight month of volume declines. However, while the volume slipped about 3-3/4% the average sales price showed a slight increase of slightly over 1/2%. Even better news in seen in the median sales price of $291,950. This is an increase of almost 5% over January and up 1.3% from a year ago. The average Days on Market was basically flat over that time and still down from the highs of November and December of last year.
