Congrats on the first close!  When we bought our house in Georgia several years ago I was impressed when the mortgage broker came to closing.  I was extremely happy when she watched our kids while we went to the closing table.  A professional broker is a good thing.

What Marc did not mention was that this was a purchase.  The agent involved was representing both the buyer and the seller.  He never showed up at the closing (that is a whole other story).  She was the only person there besides the buyers (sellers were out of town, so it was a mail away to them) and the closing agent.  She did a great job...  Congrats Rebecca.
