5. Real estate is finite. It is here today and it will be here tomorrow and one thing is fore sure, they ain't making anymore of it. So get you some today.
6. Some of your greatest memories were made in your childhood home. Start making some of your own memories today in your own home. Just think Christmas with the family gathered around the tree or that special Valentines Day meal.
7. Mortgage rates are still low. But they may not be that way forever.
8. Why RENT? Do you want to continue to pay someone else's mortgage and give them the tax advantages you are missing out on?
9. For 2009 there is a $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers. Check with your tax advisor for other tax advantages for homeowners.
