I know that it's only a matter of time in which this group's numbers will increase!Why you ask! It's because each and every person on this site and worldwide have either failed to meet a deadline or have come up with an excuse as to why something of importance was placed on the back burner or on the shelf! Our great ideas sit somewhere on paper or in the backs of our mind. If only I made that call, asked that question, told someone that I really need help. I don't have your answer why you didn't do what you said you were going to do. Procrastination cost us so much money ,anxiety ,and sometimes sheer grief! How many times latley have you told yourself that you were going to get that physical exam you so drastically need? Whom are you hurting besides yourself? What will it cost you in the long run? What are you avoiding? What help can and would you be to your family if you decided to finally get that extra training? Is it a lack of faith that we procrastinate or is it out of fear or embarassment ? What's keeping you from being successful in your professional and personal life? You have the knowledge and the equipment? When? You don't even have to join this group  even though I know you have something valuable to impart. Procrastinationstation is the place where we can learn, support ,and educate each other about a destructive behavior that has the potential to keep each of us from realizing our dream!
