Last year I set out to complete my CRS Designation. Meeting the CRS Logorequirements to become a Certified Residential Specialist in the field of REAL ESTATE is not an easy task, but definitely achievable.  Now that I am through with my classes I will still continue to take the CRS Courses.  They are absolutely fantastic!!

Before attending my final class  I googled the instructors name here on Active Rain and found out Jackie Leavenworth is a real pro!

After two fantastic days in her classroom, now I know why! She is a funny, energetic, well rounded and experienced REALTOR.  From the class LISTING STRATEGIES for the RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST, she taught practical and up to date techniques for Listing and Selling Homes in today's Turbulant Market.

Here is a quick video I took when we were discussing defending our commission with Sellers.  Jackie says we all have "inner Parrots" that talk to us and she was trying to make sure that we quiet our inner parrots.  It was absolutely hysterical!

I plan to implement several Strategies into our current Marketing Plan that will benefit my clients including the shopping cart, QMA, Shopping Cartand other ideasCoach Jackie calls them "Jackieisms".

I encourage you to consider furthering your education in the field of REAL ESTATE  - check out the CRS Class offerings and especially classes taught by Coach Jackie !

The most coveted and highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field.

LESS THAN 4 % of all REALTORS hold the CRS Designation !

Now I'm off to Facebook to post a testimonial on Jackie's wall!!

Missy - I'm certainly surprised.  They are offering fewer requirements for agents that have more than 10  years in the biz.

Kelly - Thanks!  It's worth the time and effort.

Congratulations Tracy..... Hope you recover your investment of time and money this year.  Recently read that the Raleigh Durham area was one of the better real estate markets in the country.  How are their Marathons? :-)

Congrats Tracy !!!!!!!  I loved her classes as well ( and we had many more participants than in your video - must have been awesome to have her in a smaller class)

- What sets this designation apart  from others is closed production volume requirements!

It's not just theory, it's results oriented. I will add you to my list of CRS network for future referrals- hope to do business soon...

Did not know Jackie had a Facebook page - I will check it out and send her an invite :)

Sincerely,

Grace

Hi Tracy!

You are unbelievable.  Class was just yesterday and you've already posted the video and your blogs.  Thanks for the kind words.  Your class was wonderful and you were certainly one of the jewels in the class; everyone wanted to pick your brain on technology.  Thanks for being you and I'm thrilled to have been a part of your CRS journey.

John,

The CRS class are great, don't get me wrong,  but prior to real estate I got my BS. in Finance and my Certified Financial Planning designation from Duke.  I feel those credentials have helped me to be the professional I am and the CRS is icing on the cake.

Congratulations, Tracy.  I want to one day aspire to CRS status.  Is your background Crabtree Creek or is it from Humpstead Park?

Hi Paul,

I work in and around the Triangle.  Not sure about the Crabtree Creek/Humpstead Park reference.

Tracy, Congratulations!  I'm glad to hear the CRS classes are still as good as they were when I took them many years ago:).  CRS truly is the most respected real estate designation.
