Red sky at night

I was driving home from work one evening when I was fortunate enough to be able to stop at the light so I could take this picture. I was in my neighborhood of Lansdowne on the corner of Lansdowne Blvd and Riverside Parkway. I thought the colors were so pretty, I just pulled out the camera, rolled down the window and took this picture.

Very Cool Pic.... and red :-)

Nancy, this sky reminds of something my mother used to say "when the sky is red, the angels are baking bread!" Thanks for sharing and bringing back some memories.

Nancy, are you SURE you weren't on Mars when you took this? LOL That is some serious red breaking of the dawn!

I like the red traffic signals, too. You should also have waited for the lights to turn green and gotten a picture of that, too. LOL

I have decided my next home will be situated so that I can see sunsets from every room of the house. Not to mention that facing east-west gives you a nice cross breeze. Beautiful picture!
